Immersion Heaters

Heating an acidic or caustic solution in an immersion application can be a difficult and often dangerous procedure. Dalton's Watt-Flex replaceable immersion system eliminates the complication of changing the heater and draining the tank.

Dalton Electric's Watt-Flex cartridge heater and immersion well system use a sheath with a welded endcap and NPT fitting that screw into the side of the tank. The sheath becomes a permanent part of the equipment. The cartridge heater is then inserted into this well and held in place with a flange. It can be removed and replaced with ease.

Clean and safe.

Heater never comes into contact with tank contents.

Easily replaced without draining the vat or tank. Watt-Flex heater contracts when de-energized for easy removal.

Stainless-steel sheath accommodates
standard diameter flanged Watt-Flex cartridge heaters from 5" to 72" lengths.
