I joined Dalton in 2022. I’m a successful entrepreneur having started and sold a $60 million manufacturer concern; and a seasoned executive transforming businesses across a variety of business verticals. Admittedly, I am a ‘numbers guy’ adept at deriving insights and strategic planning with a passion for building high-performing operating teams. I strive to build business intelligence and leverage it with organization relationships that drive job and workplace satisfaction, that lead to incremental enterprise value. Dalton is a wonderful place to apply my experience. Aside from sharing and experiencing life with my kids, a sweet day is powin’ down High Rustler or either of the Hobacks.

I joined Dalton in 2022 and bring a diverse set of skills built from business, project, and people management. With a “team first” attitude, I lead by example and rely clear, consistent communication across our global employee base. I am passionate about people, their work experience at Dalton designing and making the world’s most innovative cartridge heater and strive to ensure the company has a sense of well-being. My personal commitment goes beyond my professional role; I love being part of the company’s transformation as it evolves, continues to grow and innovate. I’ve been a proud resident of the Cape Ann area for over 30 years and happiest with my husband, son’s and pup Ellie. I enjoy an active lifestyle filled with fitness, boating, and spending precious time with family and friends.

Hailing from Albania, Ilmi Toromani’s journey has taken him from air traffic controller to construction supervisor, before landing at Dalton Electric in Ipswich as a machinist in 2001. His dedication and skills saw him rise to supervisor in 2023, proving his commitment to both his craft and the community he’s built alongside his wife, Florinda, and their three children. When he’s not leading the team, you’ll find Ilmi cheering on his beloved Liverpool, forever a Reds supporter at heart.

Living in New Hampshire our family has taken advantage of it’s natural areas; serious mountains, clear lakes and streams giving us great places to camp, hike and canoe. Although the kids are grown and have moved away, my wife and I still love to keep these traditions going. That said, I have enjoyed my travels to the places I cover and it has been fun to discover what makes those places unique, plus I love Bar-B-Que and I have some fine areas for that!

While serving in the Marines, I repaired airborne radar jamming equipment. As my first private-sector position, I worked in R&D manufacturing super conducting cables. Missing Japan, my wife and I returned to Japan for the next 3 years. Having gotten our fill of Japanese food, we returned to Massachusetts where I began my adventures into industrial electronics, traveling the globe as a troubleshooter. Over the last 17 years, I’ve enjoyed learning new technologies and applying that knowledge to put the right device in the right place. My wife and I have two daughters, one in HVAC and the other a stone mason. We enjoy the outdoors, repairing old houses and cars, and volunteering our extra time to community service.

I joined Dalton Electric Heating Co. in 1989 and worked on the Production floor for a number of years before joining the Quality Department. After a few years as part of the 100% inspection team, through which every heater must pass before it ships, I moved to my current position in the Engineering Department. I live in Ipswich, MA born and raised. I am married with two wonderful children, who play all sports and keep me very busy. Any spare time we usually Ski, snow mobile, boat, beach, and enjoy the outdoors.

A seasoned customer service professional with over 20 years of experience, Yvette joined Dalton in 2014 and quickly became the friendly voice welcoming clients. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she bridges communication gaps with ease, ensuring seamless order processing and positive interactions for a diverse clientele. Beyond the desk, Yvette cultivates a vibrant life full of books, flourishing gardens, and the rhythm of Latin music. Her dedication and bilingual expertise make her a valued asset to the Dalton family, always ready to connect with a smile and exceed expectations.

I was welcomed at Dalton in 2017. With over 20 years of Administrative experience in Industrial Manufacturing, I enjoy a dynamic support role at Dalton. When I’m not chained to my desk, I’m outside enjoying all that New England has to offer. On the coast all four seasons, you can find me beachcombing & birdwatching in all weather. Live music keeps my soul dancing & I love to adventure, travel and spend time with family & friends. AMOR FATI!

My career at Dalton began in order fulfillment, where I gained hands-on experience with our custom-made heaters. This led to my role as Quality Inspector, giving me a deep understanding of their craftsmanship and the superiority of our split-sheath heater design. Today, I supervise Quality, ensuring seamless product inspection, packaging, and shipping for an exceptional 5-star customer experience. I’m proud to be a leader at Dalton, contributing to its positive culture. Outside of work, I enjoy walking, live music, record collecting, and exploring the guitar.
